Come Saturday..
Sitting in my lounge watching a video, country music,had just come back from work.My wife was sitting on the other side chating to her youngest brother who had come up from Durban.
As i sat there listening to the music,God spoke into my heart, told me He loved me.I had no thought of God,just out of the blue,can't say wether it was audible,the experience was something that i had not experienced in my life.I EXPERIENCED LOVE supernaturaly,spirit, soul and body,all at the same time. As i sat there ....
I FELT like someone was embracing me ,a touch from heaven,changed my life forever.I could not understand how could someone love me somuch,my wife had given up on me, i did not love myself,someone from my family said to my wife how can you live with him and here God was letting me experience His Love. God had other plans for me and my wife.He changed my heart!

Love Always Forgives!
Love not only forgives but Forgets wrongs and remembers the good.
This is the love of God,who breathed Himself into us,who has made us in His own image and likeness.
Forgiveness is a choice,God chose to forgive us and and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness,by paying for the price of sin which is death.
We hear people say you can forgive but don't forget.That is not what God wants us to do.
Just as we chose to forgive, we can choose to forget!To overcome the emotions of hurt,and forgiving someone,you have to remind yourself that you have forgiven that person and speak forgiveness over the person, that wronged you.Remember it's a choice you made
The same way we forget the wrongs of others,by making a choice and speaking ,declaring that you choose to forget.
When we sin ,and ask God to forgive us He is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us of all unrighteousness. He chooses to blot out our sin from His rememberance.
When we do this ,there is still the feeling of guilt of the sin,wrong that we have done.
How do we overcome this? The same way we choose to forgive others,not based on our emotions,is the same way we recieve forgiveness.God has given us His Word that he has,all we have to do is recieve it and thank Him.
Having said this,in my own life i have experienced the love of God, our Father.
Some years back,i married a young beautiful lady,whose dream was to have a family that would love and serve God. In actual fact a friend of hers asked her ,what was her dream as a young bride, her answer was ,all i want is for me and my family to serve The Lord.
As our marriage progressed ,i started drinking to be scociaable,which progressed,to where i became an alcoholic!and with that a lot saying and doing wrong things.My wife threatened to leave me ,as she could not take that type of life.Many times i asked her forgiveness ,and promised that i would stop drinking,and the life that went with it.In my heart i sincerely meant it,i made promises i could not keep,there were times that i would stop for six months ,three months , a month ,a week a day and even less.I remember once where i made such a promise and my words were not even cold,one of my brother inlaws walks in ,and puts a bottle of Brandy on the table.He greets me and says lets have a drink, i look at my wife ,i look at him and the bottle and could not resist,with tears running down my wifes face,i still could not resist.
There came a point where she said Paul i can't take this life anymore,I want a devorce,i agreed with her,knowing that i could not keep my promises,even though i loved her.
We made an appointment to see the lawer,this was on a thursday, the appointment was for monday. Come saturday!

God is Love
The love of God is shared abroad in our hearts,with that thought in mind,God has empowered us to Love ( He breathed Himsef into Adam)
To love Him and to love our neighbours as ourself.
God Is LOVE!
Perfect love casts out fear. God has not given us a spirit of fear
Love never fails.
Love is never silent,never sleeps. God watches over His Word to perform it. He neither slumbers or sleeps!
Love is not selfish. God so loved the world that He gave His only Begotten Son,that whosoever
believeth in Him should not perish.
When we put God's word in us , begin to speak His word a miracle is about to happen!
His word is released into the universe and prospers and does not return void unto Him.

The spoken WORD
God breathed Himself into man His creation, and man became a living soul.Man was made in the image and likeness of God.God our creator made us just like Himself, a speaking spirit.In the begining God spoke everthing in to order.When He saw darkness, He did not comment on how dark it was ,instead He spoke to it, to what He wanted it to become.He said let there be light!
What am i saying, God created Adam a speaking spirit, Adam named everthing , the animals, plants etc. he said elephant and it was a elephant.
God created everything by the spoken Word,His Word.

The Heart That Touches The Soul
In my busy life of work ,family and church,theres a call in my heart which i believe our Father is touching!
In my heart i sense a pull to touch the souls of man with the love of God.That might come to Know His Love, that surpases all understanding.It does not mean i know all there is to know of the love of God,infact i will admitt i know very little,but that which He has put in my heart to share i would like to do.
I would appreciate comments,thoughts etc.
Where should i start, in the begining. i try to imagine when i look at the beauty of that which he created,including you and i how awsome He is,how commpasionate that he skillfully designed the heavens and the earth.That he created us to love Him and to love one another by breathing Himself into us.
I will continue....
